Sour Cream Coffee Cake Muffins
Sour Cream Coffee Cake Muffins are super moist and delicious thanks to sour cream in the batter. A sweet streusel is both inside the muffin, as well as sprinkled on top!

INGREDIENTS
For the streusel
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into ½ inch pieces
For the batter
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 1/3 cup vegetable or canola oil
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and set aside.
