PEACH-GLAZED ROASTED TURKEY BREAST
This Peach-Glazed Roasted Turkey Breast is a perfect summer dish for the everyday meal or to serve at a barbecue. The end result is juicy turkey, full of fresh summer flavour with a perfectly crisp skin.
Ingredients
- 1 (2-3 lb, 1-1.4 kg) bone-in turkey breast with skin on
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp dried rosemary
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 Cups frozen or fresh peeled and sliced peaches, chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger, grated
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Apple cider
Instructions
- The day before roasting, dry brine the turkey breast by combining the salt, rosemary and pepper in a small bowl.
